Job summary

IQVIA SOLUTIONS OPERATIONS CENTER PHILIPPINES, INC. is seeking a detail-oriented professional to coordinate meeting logistics and support client needs across international accounts. You will ensure timely planning and delivery of events while adhering to client rules and budgets.

The role requires strong communication, financial calculation skills, and flexibility with schedules, including potential on-site reporting as needed. A hybrid work setup and reliable home office setup are expected.

Qualifications

• Open for HS, SHS, College undergrad, and College graduates.
• 2+ years of BPO experience or equivalent handling international account.
• Able to work during US standard business hours and be flexible on schedule and/or extended hours to meet clients’ needs.
• Excellent in communication, both oral and written.
• Strong aptitude of financial calculations.
• Able to report onsite frequently as needed.
• Conducive home remote workspace with dual monitors and adequate internet speed.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate meeting logistics as part of the client Core Team.
• Coordinate planning and delivery of meeting logistics within rules and budget.
• Apply client business and compliance rules throughout planning, especially venue appropriateness and negotiated rates.
• Perform other related team tasks as assigned.
