Qualifications

• 2 to 10 years of experience in loan administration or loan agency, covering large syndicated loans and/or corporate bilateral loan facilities.
• Experience with cash payments and/or cash reconciliation.
• Experience with loan portfolio position reporting.
• Experience with fund financing.
• Experience with an international bank, preferred.
• Proven ability to work effectively under tight deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Previous experience in payment processing, an advantage.
• Previous experience in loan operations, an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Invoice clients for upcoming scheduled activities in SOLVAS.
• Process rollover events, rate fixings, and commitment fees in SOLVAS.
• Prepare lender notices for review.
• Update completed task checklists and complete diary events on time.
• Generate payment files from the system and upload them to the banking platform.
• Maintain daily cash balances for monitoring and approval.
