Job summary

BDO Unibank is seeking a Client Service Associate to handle over-the-counter deposits, withdrawals, payments, foreign exchange, remittances, and related transactions in alignment with bank standards. The role emphasizes accurate processing, customer service, and adherence to policies.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree (preferably in business) and may have at least one year of branch operations experience; fresh graduates are welcome.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required, preferably Business.
• At least 1 year experience in branch operations or fresh graduates welcome.
• Willing to work onsite in Molave, Zamboanga del Sur.

Responsibilities

• Performs start and end of day banking activities in line with approved processes and standards.
• Provides appropriate customer service to the bank clients; may include promoting bank products and services.
• Performs other duties as required from time to time.
• Ensures compliance with bank policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
