Job summary

BDO Unibank, Inc. is seeking a Client Service Associate to process deposits, withdrawals, payments, foreign exchange, remittances and other daily transactions with accuracy and efficiency at our Nueva Ecija - San Jose branch.

The role emphasizes clear communication, adherence to bank standards, and providing courteous service to clients while promoting bank products. Fresh graduates are welcome, with a degree in business or related fields preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree relevant to the job, preferably Business course.
• Preferably at least one (1) year experience in branch operations in a commercial or universal bank, but open to fresh graduates.
• Required Skill: Communicates clearly and effectively.

Responsibilities

• Performs start and end of day banking activities in line with approved processes and standards.
• Provides appropriate customer service to the clients of the Bank; may include but not limited to promoting /offering bank’s products and services.
• Performs other duties that may be required from time to time.
• Ensure compliance with Banks policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
