Job summary

BDO Unibank, Inc. in Makati is hiring a Client Service Associate to handle over-the-counter transactions including deposits, withdrawals, payments, foreign exchange, remittances and related tasks with accuracy and timeliness.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, strong communication skills, and the ability to work onsite in Makati. You will provide exceptional customer service, promote bank products, and ensure compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree relevant to the job, preferably Business.
• At least 1 year experience in branch operations, but open to fresh graduates.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Performs start and end of day banking activities in line with approved processes and standards.
• Provides appropriate customer service to the clients of the Bank; may include but not limited to promoting /offering bank’s products and services.
• Performs other duties that may be required from time to time.
• Ensure compliance with Banks policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
