Job summary

BDO Unibank is seeking a Client Service Associate to handle deposits, withdrawals, payments, remittances, and foreign exchange with accuracy and timeliness. You will manage over‑the‑counter transactions in line with the Bank’s standards and requirements.

The role includes performing start and end of day banking activities, delivering courteous service to clients, and promoting bank products where appropriate, while ensuring compliance with policies and regulatory rules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree relevant to the job, preferably Business course.
• Preferably at least one (1) year experience in branch operations in a commercial or universal bank, but open to fresh graduates.
• Required skill: Communicates clearly and effectively.

Responsibilities

• Performs start and end of day banking activities in line with approved processes and standards.
• Provides appropriate customer service to the clients of the Bank; may include promoting /offering bank’s products and services.
• Performs other duties that may be required from time to time.
• Ensure compliance with Banks policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
