Job summary

Cartrack Asia in the Philippines is seeking motivated sales professionals to join our outbound sales team. You will promote Cartrack's fleet management and telematics solutions, identify client needs, and generate qualified opportunities.

This role offers a competitive basic salary, uncapped commissions with earnings potentially in the five to six digits monthly, a fixed dayshift schedule, weekends off, and comprehensive training.

Qualifications

• 6 months+ experience in telesales, telemarketing or related sales role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Goal-driven with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Proficient in English; Ilonggo or Bisaya is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective corporate and individual clients.
• Introduce and promote Cartrack's fleet management and telematics solutions.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products and services.
• Generate qualified sales opportunities and schedule appointments for the Sales Team.
• Maintain accurate customer records and activity updates in the CRM system.
• Submit daily sales reports and updates.

• Proficiency in English; knowledge of Ilonggo or Bisaya is an advantage
