Job summary

RS2 is seeking a Client Relationship Manager in Manila to manage client accounts, ensure high service levels, and act as the primary day-to-day contact for customers. This role focuses on customer-centric delivery and maintaining strong client partnerships.

You will build relationships, coordinate with cross-functional teams, review performance, and drive satisfaction while identifying renewal opportunities and timely invoice delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in a similar role.
• Proven track record of client satisfaction.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT/Management/Business Admin or equivalent.
• Excellent English, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with clients and key personnel.
• Conduct business reviews to ensure client satisfaction.
• Escalate and resolve client issues with internal teams.
• Alerting the sales team to opportunities for further sales.
• Letting customers know about other products/add-ons in line with strategy.
• Attend meetings with clients to build close professional relationships
• Manage calls with clients and compile an action plan shared with stakeholders.
• Achieve client relationship targets and KPIs.
• Work with cross-functional teams to meet day-to-day client needs.
• Be the main escalation point for clients and resolve concerns.
• Monitor performance against SLAs and flag issues.
• Manage and maintain client status trackers.
• Own and respond to client questions.
• Track and monitor all agreed deliverables with internal departments.
