Job summary

MAAGAP INSURANCE INC. in Cebu City is seeking an Account Management Officer to manage assigned client accounts, process policies, renewals, endorsements, and billing with accuracy and timeliness.

You will serve as the primary contact for routine inquiries and coordinate with internal teams to ensure excellent service. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field, strong communication and organizational skills, and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Experience in insurance, account management, or customer service preferred.
• Knowledge of insurance products, policy administration, and basic processes advantageous.
• Good communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and business applications.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain assigned client accounts and ensure information is up to date.
• Serve as primary contact for routine account inquiries and requests.
• Prepare requirements for underwriting approvals.
• Monitor account status, outstanding requirements, policy transactions, and service requests.
• Process and coordinate new business, renewals, endorsements, cancellations, and other policy transactions.
• Ensure policy documents, certificates, schedules, and other documents are prepared and released on time.
• Coordinate with clients and Finance/Accounting regarding premium billing and payments.
• Assist clients with basic claims requirements and documentation.
• Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries and concerns.
• Maintain complete and organized client files and account records.
