Job summary

MicroSourcing International is seeking an Account Manager (Client Relationship Management) Team Leader to lead strategic client partnerships onsite across MOA Pasay, BGC Taguig, Eastwood Libis and Harton Paranaque.

You will own the client relationship and service delivery, identify growth opportunities, negotiate pricing and terms, oversee pod hiring plans, contract reviews, and cross‑functional collaboration with Finance, HR and Legal to ensure delivery excellence.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in BPO account management or enterprise client success.
• Strong English communication with executive presence and transparency.
• Direct client-facing experience with proven negotiation and P&L oversight.
• Ability to navigate matrixed organizations with HR, Talent Acquisition, Legal and Finance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for assigned clients, managing expectations and escalations.
• Monitor SLA delivery and work with HR Partner/TA Partner to close gaps.
• Identify growth and retention opportunities within existing accounts and negotiate terms.
• Own pod hiring plans, staffing forecasts, and participate in interview decisions.
• Review client contracts, ensure proper escalation for legal risk and sign-off.
• Coordinate with Shared Services to meet complex client needs and budgeting.
• Collaborate with Finance on margins, cost allocations, and client billing.
• Engage with HR on compensation exceptions and retention actions.
