Job summary

MicroSourcing International is seeking a Client Relation Officer to oversee client relationships, delivery performance, and day-to-day operations from onsite locations in Metro Manila. The role requires leadership experience, excellent English communication, and a proactive approach to client satisfaction.

You will coordinate with offshore teams, monitor attendance and schedules, and drive account growth while ensuring compliance with contractual terms. Shift-based onsite work is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a leadership role.
• Strong English and communication skills (written and verbal).

Responsibilities

• Client & Delivery Oversight: manage day-to-day relationships and align service delivery with contract expectations; resolve escalations or SLA breaches.
• Operational Management: coordinate with the client on offshore team status, monitor attendance/schedules, coach, and provide day-to-day support.
• Performance & Reporting: implement and monitor KPIs, prepare and maintain reports for planning and decisions.
• Commercial & Account Growth: identify retention and growth opportunities, gather feedback, and assist in account planning.
• People Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration: partner with HR, Talent Acquisition, and Shared Services to drive engagement and resolve issues.
• Information & Compliance: disseminate updates, enforce policies, and perform other duties as assigned.
