MicroSourcing is seeking a Client Service Leader (Account Manager) to oversee client relationships and service delivery onsite at MOA, Pasay City, Eastwood, Harton Paranaque, and BGC Taguig. The role emphasizes strong English communication and leadership to coordinate with offshore teams and ensure contractual alignment.

• Strong English and communication skills are required.
• 2+ years of leadership experience.
• Experience in BPO or enterprise account management is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Client & Delivery Oversight: manage day-to-day relationships and align service delivery with contractual expectations.
• Operational Management: coordinate with offshore teams, monitor attendance, coach, and provide day-to-day support.
• Performance & Reporting: develop and monitor KPIs and prepare reports for operations planning.
• Commercial & Account Growth: identify retention and growth opportunities and aid in account planning.
• People Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration: work with HR, Talent Acquisition, and Shared Services to maintain performance standards.
• Information & Compliance: disseminate company updates and enforce policies.
