Filta is seeking a Client Partner in Makati to manage dedicated client teams in the Philippines and Colombia. You will guide client growth, handle challenges, and build strong relationships with clients and internal teams.

Ideal candidates are curious, calm under pressure, and focused on delivering results for clients. This role requires fluency in English and is open to Filipino citizens only, with work based in Manila offices.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build long-term client relationships.
• Ability to identify client needs and translate into solutions.
• Experience supporting clients in BPO or outsourcing environments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Resilience and calm under pressure in fast-paced settings.

Responsibilities

• Partner with client companies to manage dedicated teams in PH and Colombia.
