Filta Global Philippines Inc. in Manila is seeking a dedicated Bookkeeper to manage end-to-end cloud bookkeeping for a growing client base, ensuring accurate data entry, timely reconciliations, and compliant reporting.

You will handle daily, weekly, and monthly payroll, accounts payable and receivable, IAS/BAS documentation, and collaborate with directors to optimise financial operations while communicating clearly with clients.

Qualificações

• Accounting/Bookkeeping qualifications or certifications.
• Must have worked within a chartered accounting firm environment.
• Proficient understanding of Australian payroll award applications.
• Experience with Australian accounting standards, tax systems, and compliance frameworks.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end cloud bookkeeping and deliver accurate client service.
• Manage daily, weekly, and fortnightly cloud-based bookkeeping workflows across multiple clients.
• Maintain the general ledger, perform bank reconciliations, and manage AP/AR.
• Administer timely payroll processing and IAS/BAS documentation.

What You’ll Be Doing

Reporting directly to the Director, you will play an exciting role in expanding the financial operations database forward. In this dynamic position, you will take ownership of end-to-end cloud bookkeeping and deliver an extraordinary, world-class experience to our clients.

Manage daily, weekly, and fortnightly cloud-based bookkeeping workflows efficiently across a diverse client database.

Maintain the general ledger, complete comprehensive bank reconciliations, and accurately manage accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR).

Administer timely payroll processing and assist with the accurate preparation of IAS and BAS documentation.

• Weekly, fortnightly, and monthly payroll and super preparation

Drive exceptional client interactions by proactively communicating outstanding tax, accounting, and software support needs well ahead of critical deadlines.

Respond to client and team inquiries promptly, managing tasks on strict schedules and escalating complex issues to guarantee precise outcomes.

What You’ll Bring

• Has any Accounting/Bookkeeping qualifications or certifications.
• Must have worked within a chartered accounting firm environment.
• Proficient understanding of Australian payroll award applications.

A proven ability to successfully balance and pivot between multiple client accounts seamlessly every day.

High attention to detail, strong time management, and a methodical approach to managing set schedules and deadlines.

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills for professional, direct client interaction.

Ability to provide professional references that validate your core accounting, bookkeeping, and software capabilities.

Previous experience working with Australian accounting standards, tax systems, and compliance frameworks.
