Job summary

Insight is seeking a Client Operations Specialist in Pasig, Philippines to support customer service and manage sales processes for Account Executives, including quoting, orders, RMAs, and procurement access.

The role requires 2–3 years in order management with a strong background in customer service, IT, and CRM tools, plus excellent English communication. Willingness to work on an EMEA-aligned shift is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any field is preferred.
• College level acceptable with relevant experience.
• 2–3 years experience in order management and customer service.
• Must have experience in CRM tools and strong English communication.
• Amenable to work on EMEA-aligned shift.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and manage sales processes for Account Executives.
• Quote, quote entry, order processing, and procurement access.
• Research product information and pricing; support pre-sales activities.
• Manage RMA, credits, and collections facilitation as needed.
• Prepare and submit accurate sales quotes into the system.
• Coordinate with other departments to improve efficiency and deliver orders on time.
• Follow up on open client returns and replacements; ensure contract compliance.
