Job summary

ELEVATE AND DELEGATE LLC is seeking a Product Operations professional to support client onboarding and implementation across the company’s digital product suite. You will configure websites, analytics, ads, call tracking, and other client technologies, ensuring requirements are validated before launches.

You will partner with internal teams to resolve blockers, perform QA, and maintain thorough documentation while delivering a consistent, professional client experience.

Responsibilities

• Execute technical implementation tasks supporting onboarding across the product suite.
• Configure websites, analytics, advertising accounts, call tracking and client tech.
• Validate client requirements prior to launch and resolve blockers with stakeholders.
• Support client kickoff meetings and implementation discussions as needed.
• Configure and maintain client platforms, manage permissions and access.
• Troubleshoot issues and coordinate resolutions with SMEs.
• Perform quality assurance prior to product launches and verify deployments.
• Document work and maintain records in internal systems.
• Provide consistent, professional client support and escalate appropriately.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows and tooling.
