Private Advertiser is seeking a customer onboarding specialist to guide new customers through platform setup, training, and implementation for a smooth start and successful adoption.

The role focuses on clear communication, explaining technical concepts to non-technical users, and strong troubleshooting to resolve onboarding issues efficiently.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in customer onboarding, implementation, training, or customer success.
• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with SaaS onboarding is preferred.
• Experience with CRM or software configuration or integrations is a plus.
• Real estate technology experience is a plus.
• Experience supporting US customers is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through the onboarding process from setup to activation.
• Configure CRM accounts, websites, lead routing, and automation.
• Coordinate integrations such as MLS feeds, email, calendars, and other tools.
• Conduct customer training and platform walkthroughs.
• Explain software features and technical concepts in a clear and simple way.
• Troubleshoot setup and integration issues.
• Maintain accurate onboarding records and documentation.
• Coordinate with Technical Support and Customer Success when needed.
• Ensure smooth handoff after onboarding.
