Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking a Client Onboarding Manager in Asset Management to lead end-to-end onboarding and implementation initiatives. You will translate requirements into clear plans, coordinate timelines, and report progress across a broad set of partners and products.

You will drive the lifecycle from initiation through implementation, enhancing service quality and strengthening controls while managing risks in a dynamic, team-based environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding and lifecycle management for client accounts and mandates including changes
• Drive tactical and strategic onboarding projects to support business opportunities and regulatory initiatives
• Oversee end-to-end lifecycle from initiation to post-implementation review
• Translate requirements into executable project plans, checklists, flows and runbooks
• Maintain project documentation including onboarding information and product specs
• Schedule and lead stakeholder meetings; document actions and follow-ups
• Provide status updates and escalate issues with root-cause analysis
• Partner to re-engineer operational and service models for scalability and controls
• Identify risk and control gaps; support mitigation actions
• Liaise with consultants, custodians and transfer agents as needed
• Provide coordination support for Manila-based team supporting fund activities
