Job summary

Bentleys Australia and New Zealand is seeking a Team Assistant to provide administrative and operational support to the Client Experience team in the Philippines. You will assist with client onboarding, ASIC administration, documentation management and stakeholder coordination to ensure accurate records and efficient processes.

The role requires handling AML due diligence, regulatory documentation, and adherence to established procedures while maintaining high-quality client service.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in administration or client support.
• Experience supporting Australian or international clients in professional services.
• Experience with onboarding, compliance, AML, or regulatory support.

Responsibilities

• Manage correspondence with clients and internal/external parties.
• Process ASIC annual company statements and onboarding documents.
• Arrange client entity establishment and ASIC business administration.
• Draft engagement letters, ethical letters, and implementation plans.
• File and collate documents related to client onboarding.
