Job summary

TP ICAP Group in the Philippines seeks a graduate to join the Client Onboarding team, delivering BAU activities and supporting the Lifecycle Team Lead in a fast-paced financial services setting.

You will complete onboarding cases, perform KYC/AML checks, liaise with compliance, and build strong relationships with internal stakeholders while developing key essential skills through structured training.

Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Office applications is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Deliver BAU client onboarding activities within defined service levels.
• Complete onboarding cases for low/medium/high risk clients including KYC/AML checks.
• Monitor negative media and escalate to compliance where needed.
• Utilise screening tools for client screening in BAU cases.
• Support group mailbox and coordinate emails within the team.
• Build relationships with Operations and Front Office stakeholders.
