Job summary

ANZ in Manila is seeking a Process Specialist, Client Account Data to support onboarding, trade processing, settlement and post-trade operations. The role focuses on accurate data setup and validation across CSS, Murex, Core Static and related platforms within a collaborative team.

You will ensure data quality, perform checks, and escalate issues as needed while maintaining efficiency and compliance. The role is a 12‑month fixed term contract with dayshift schedules in a dynamic banking

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics or related field.
• Experience in Client Static Data or Markets/Securities Operations.
• Hands-on SSI/SDI setup, maintenance and validation.
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and operating systems.

Responsibilities

• Execute client account data activities in line with defined procedures, policies and timelines.
• Perform setup, maintenance and validation of client, counterparty and settlement instruction data accurately.
• Process SSI/SDI updates across systems, ensuring required fields and validations are completed.
• Perform data checks and identify incomplete or inconsistent information for resolution.
• Investigate routine exceptions and escalate issues in a timely manner.
• Support reconciliations and control checks as required.
• Maintain accuracy, productivity and adherence to process and control standards.
• Respond to stakeholder queries and requests within agreed turnaround times.
• Contribute to team delivery and support continuous improvement through feedback and suggestions.
