Job summary

TP ICAP Management Services Ltd (Philippines Branch) is seeking a Graduate‑level professional to join the Client Onboarding team in the Philippines. You will assist in delivering BAU onboarding activities, supporting the Team Lead, and learning essential skills in the financial services sector.

You will handle low to high risk onboarding cases, perform KYC/AML checks, and engage with internal operations and Front Office stakeholders in a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate level role with on‑the‑job training in financial services.
• Experience with KYC/AML checks is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills required.

Responsibilities

• Complete onboarding cases for clients across all TP ICAP businesses.
• Perform KYC/AML and due diligence checks thoroughly.
• Monitor negative media alerts and escalate to compliance when needed.
• Coordinate with group mailbox and liaise with stakeholders and Front Office.
