Job summary

Fullstack Advisory seeks a Client Services Administrator to manage client relationships and ensure seamless service delivery. You will operate across workstreams, anticipate client needs, and maintain high service standards as the backbone of our client operations.

You will handle inquiries, onboarding, and ongoing relationship management while supporting the advisory team with ASIC/ATO updates and documentation in our systems.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of ASIC corpsec duties experience for an AUS public accounting firm.
• Strong communication and relationship management abilities.
• Proficient with CRM systems and cloud collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact for client inquiries via phone, email, and meetings.
• Manage ASIC corpsec program for the firm.
• Coordinate client service delivery from onboarding to ongoing relationships.
• Support advisory team with administrative tasks for client engagements and ASIC/ATO updates.
• Communicate timelines, deliverables, and changes to engagement scope proactively.
• Maintain accurate client records in CRM and management systems.
• Assist with regular management reporting.
• Support onboarding of new clients, documentation, and system setup.
• Coordinate internal reporting and prepare client-facing communications.
• Prepare status reports and track service delivery metrics.
