Job summary

TOA Global seeks a Client Onboarding Administrator in Clark, Philippines to manage end-to-end client setup and offboarding workflows for a premier professional services client.

You will draft engagement letters, perform conflict checks, link clients to agents, manage digital document packages, and maintain data integrity across CRM and practice systems, ensuring compliance and timely action.

Qualifications

• Relevant work experience as an Onboarding Administrator, Team Administrator, Executive Assistant, or Practice Support Specialist.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams) and familiarity with practice management and CRM databases.
• Strong analytical eye with high data entry accuracy and excellent organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end client intake and offboarding, including drafting engagement and clearance letters.
• Perform compliance checks, conflict checks, and background verifications.
• Manage agent portal links and updates in practice software and CRM.
• Dispatch and track digital document signing payloads and submissions.
• Communicate onboarding progress and prepare ad-hoc reports to stakeholders.
