Act as the main point of contact for U.S.-based clients. Manage daily communications, handle inquiries, and provide proactive engagement updates, ensuring that the client experience remains professional and high touch.
Coordinate the end-to-end client onboarding process. Take responsibility for the critical collection of documents and the strategic hand-off of workflows between U.S. stakeholders and offshore accounting teams.
Monitor job progress and deadlines for accounting, bookkeeping, and tax-related tasks. Review client submissions for completeness and accuracy, ensuring everything aligns with firm standards before it hits the production floor.
Utilize advanced tools like Thomson Reuters, CCH, or Intuit Practice Management to track client jobs, billing, and invoicing. Maintain meticulous communication logs and CRM records to keep every account current and transparent.
Collaborate closely with tax and accounting teams to resolve bottlenecks and enhance service delivery. Play a key role in upholding strict confidentiality and compliance with U.S. data privacy regulations.
