Visa is seeking an Analyst, Implementation Services in Manila to lead client implementations and end-to-end program management for AP region clients. You will engage with clients to understand requirements, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure timely delivery of Visa products and services.

The role demands strong PM and analytical skills, plus the ability to translate technical concepts into business language.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent qualification.
• 5+ years’ experience in a customer support role in financial services, payment card, software, or information services.
• 5+ years’ experience in project management or business analysis.
• Understanding of digital payments and web-based technology including HTML, web-based service APIs, JSON, XML, integration, and payment flows.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical/integration issues, review logs, identify root causes, and provide resolutions.
• Strong project management skills and analytical capabilities.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and execute high-quality project management support to Visa clients and processors to ensure client expectations are met on time.
• Coordinate with clients to understand card program setup and endpoint requirements for Visa products.
• Manage multiple client projects alongside product developments in a dynamic environment.
• Build strong relationships with client institutions and internal stakeholders.
• Communicate complex technical concepts in a clear business language.
• Learn and apply knowledge of modern technologies to stay aligned with market developments.
• Prepare detailed project plans, risk logs, and status reports.
• Represent client requirements to internal Visa teams and ensure delivery commitments.
