Responsibilities

• Provide implementation and configuration support to assigned Visa clients and/or support to assigned countries/regions.
• Manage all types of configuration requests in support of client and Visa initiatives.
• Meet deadlines through effective management of workload and prioritization.
• Coordinate with clients and internal stakeholders to understand program setup and manage card program installations and updates without customer impact.
• Review and configure each client configuration request to ensure completeness and accuracy.
• Participate in client configuration calls and explain processing implications of decisions.
• Accurately complete configuration tasks, adhering to audit requirements and billing.
• Provide rapid resolution for production/testing config changes, including after-hours support and root-cause analysis.
• Facilitate emergency requests and coordinate internal resources for real-time changes.
• Provide problem-resolution support for configuration changes and incidents through resolution.
• Evaluate incidents and share lessons learned with teams.
• Review and approve others' implementation changes.
• Share knowledge on new products, services, and processes.
• Lead corporate or client initiatives using best practices and lessons learned.
• Build relationships with Visa clients and internal teams.
• Represent customer system and operational requirements to internal Visa organizations.
• Prepare and lead training to internal and external audiences.
• Develop and contribute to department processes and procedures.
