Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking an experienced Lead Generation Specialist to identify and engage with businesses, cultivating partnerships and driving growth. The role combines strategic thinking, sales expertise, and relationship-building to advance our client base.

Key responsibilities include proactive outreach, pipeline management, and cross-functional collaboration with operations, product development, and customer service to ensure client satisfaction. Onsite in Pasay with dayshift availability.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a Sales and/or customer support role.
• English skill is the top priority.
• Salesforce experience is preferred.
• Experience in a pioneer and Australian account is a plus.
• Quickly understands people’s needs and connects the dots to offer solutions.
• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Outreach and engagement with small and large businesses via calls, SMS, and emails to establish partnerships.
• Lead generation across platforms and methods to ensure a steady pipeline of prospects.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with partners and clients with tailored solutions.
• Monitor and evaluate effectiveness of business development activities and use data-driven insights to refine approaches.
• Collaborate with operations, product development, and customer service to support growth and client satisfaction.
• Main responsibilities include following up inbound leads and understanding prospects’ requirements to advise on services.
