Responsibilities

• Oversee a set of specific clients and deliver EBITDA, client growth, and NPS improvements.
• Assist clients in setting up Philippines operations and drive growth.
• Collaborate with site departments to deliver services and manage client relationships.
• Maintain client details and ensure accurate, timely billing inputs.
• Lead and develop teams to meet performance targets.
