Job summary

Servicio Filipino, Inc. is seeking an Account Manager to oversee the performance, growth, and reliability of assigned accounts in Cebu City. The role will serve as the primary liaison among clients, site personnel, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery and contract compliance.

You will conduct regular account visits, review KPIs, address service issues, and identify cross-sell opportunities while leading account renewals and site assessments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in account management, facilities management, operations or business development.
• Strong communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and people-management skills.
• Ability to conduct technical evaluations and operational assessments.
• Experience in contract management, business development or proposal preparation is an advantage.
• Willing to travel and conduct regular site visits as required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Conduct regular account visits, meetings and business reviews.
• Address and resolve client concerns and service issues.
• Ensure compliance with contracts, TOR, KPIs, SLAs, and service standards.
• Monitor account performance, service quality, and operational gaps.
• Coordinate with internal support functions to ensure effective service delivery.
• Identify and develop cross-selling, up-selling, and expansion opportunities.
• Lead contract renewals, extensions, additional scopes and special projects.
• Conduct ocular inspections, site assessments and operational/technical evaluations for new projects.
• Take responsibility for the management of personnel deployed to assigned accounts.
