You will lead month-end closing, manage vendor payments and invoicing, and develop budgets with rolling forecasts, while collaborating with regional teams and shared services to ensure governance and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related discipline.
• CPA or equivalent certification preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of finance manager experience.
• Regional APAC exposure an advantage.
• Experience leading finance in matrix environments.
• Business partnering and commercial finance experience.
• Experience with regional/shared-services models.
• Ability to navigate complex matrix environments.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Operations Lead/Account Lead to provide data-driven financial insights and advise on decisions.
• Oversee vendor payments and monthly billing in line with policies; monitor receivables and cash flow.
• Lead month-end closing (expense/revenue accruals) and resolve variances.
• Develop and maintain account-level trackers; prepare variance analyses and budget/forecast reports.
• Drive process improvements and robust governance for financial operations.
• Report to Head of REMS Client Finance and Business Partner, WPM (Philippines).
