Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated in Makati seeks a Senior Accounting Manager to provide senior in-country governance for two entities, overseeing end-to-end month-end close, and ensuring compliance with US GAAP and Local GAAP within a centralized delivery model.

You will collaborate with Shared Service, COEs and tax teams, lead cross-functional issue resolution, manage local regulatory obligations, and mentor the country finance team while upholding global controls standards.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting or Finance.
• CPA or equivalent preferred.
• Strong knowledge of financial accounting, internal controls, statutory reporting, and Philippine regulatory requirements.
• Significant experience in controllership, legal-entity finance, financial governance or a similar senior finance role.
• Min 10 years of experience.
• Experience in shared-services, outsourced or centralized finance models.
• Ability to work across multiple business lines and matrix organizations.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and provide final accountability for material country/entity-level financial, accounting and control matters.
• Lead and resolve in-country cross-business-line or cross-functional finance issues.
• Ensure material financial risks are identified, owned, escalated and resolved.
• Direct local legal-entity governance and finance-related corporate requirements.
• Review, approve, and remediate material balance-sheet, accounting and control issues.
• Oversee month-end close and regulatory filings with US GAAP alignment.
• Collaborate with Shared Service, COEs, Tax and other functions.
• Drive standardization, continuous improvement and process automation.
