Job summary

YML Group is seeking an accounting professional to deliver high-quality financial support and client service from Fairview, Quezon City.

You will work with the Team Manager, handle inquiries, reconcile accounts, prepare reports, and help ensure compliance with Australian and local payroll and tax requirements. Onsite initially, with hybrid option after six months (2 days weekly). Immediate start.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or Financial Management.
• At least 1–2 years of relevant experience.
• With client facing experience preferred.
• Familiarity with cloud accounting tools (Xero, QuickBooks, MYOB) preferred.
• Experience with Australian accounting/bookkeeping is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Handle client inquiries via phone and email with professionalism and care.
• Maintain clear, timely, and effective communication with clients.
• Build strong client relationships and deliver an excellent client experience.
• Participate in client meetings and prepare detailed file notes.
• Resolve client concerns efficiently and professionally.
• Reconcile accounts and ensure accuracy in financial reporting.
• Prepare financial reports and provide insights for decision-making.
• Identify opportunities to improve client processes and efficiency.
• Collaborate effectively with team members.
• Take initiative in communicating with clients when the Supervisor is unavailable.
