Job summary

Fig Advisory is hiring Senior and Intermediate Accountants to build a new finance team in Quezon City, Metro Manila, onsite on AU shift. Roles cover preparation of financial statements, BAS/IAS work, and end-to-end bookkeeping for Australian clients.

Senior staff will review juniors and collaborate with clients and the onshore team to close books on time. Experience in Australian accounting is required; Xero is essential with MYOB/QuickBooks a plus, and a degree in Accountancy is required with

Qualifications

Hands-on Australian accounting experience.
Intermediary level ~2 years; senior level ~4 years.
Strong Xero capabilities.
MYOB and QuickBooks a plus.
Understanding of Super SMSF (CLASS, BGL 360).
Australian compliance knowledge.
Degree in Accountancy.
CPA is well regarded but not essential.

Responsibilities

Preparing financial statements, management accounts, and reports for Australian clients.
Handling BAS, IAS, and tax compliance work to Australian standards.
End-to-end bookkeeping, reconciliations, and processing.
At the senior level, reviewing the work of junior team members and supporting their growth.
Working directly with clients and the onshore team to close the books on time.
