Job summary

A finance support company based in Pampanga is seeking a Bookkeeper to manage end-to-end bookkeeping for multiple global clients. The role involves handling invoices, accounts receivable/payable, payroll, and compliance. The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, have at least 2 years of relevant experience, and possess strong communication and time management skills. Qualifications

• At least 2 years’ end-to-end bookkeeping/accounting experience for global clients.
• Experience with SMEs and ANZ markets preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end bookkeeping/accounting for 4–5 global clients.
• Handle invoicing, AR/AP, banking, payroll, monthly reports, and compliance.
• Communicate clearly with clients and deliver timely, accurate outputs.

Working schedule: Monday to Friday

Time schedule: 5AM to 2PM (NZ time)

OVERVIEW

Join a growing finance support team providing accurate, end-to-end bookkeeping and accounting services to global clients, mainly SMEs in the ANZ market.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Manage end-to-end bookkeeping/accounting for 4–5 global clients.
• Handle invoicing, AR/AP, banking, payroll, monthly reports, and compliance.
• Communicate clearly with clients and deliver timely, accurate outputs.

WHAT YOU BRING

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or related course.
• Xero certification required; DEXT/Hubdoc is an advantage.
• Atleast 2 years’ end-to-end bookkeeping/accounting experience for globalclients.
• Preferably experienced with SMEs and ANZ markets.
• Strong English communication, time management, and attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
