Job summary

TOA Global Pty is hiring a Junior Bookkeeper in Manila to manage day-to-day bookkeeping tasks, including accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations. The role supports BAS, payroll, and month-end processes in an Australian accounting context.

The successful candidate will have 1–2 years of Australian bookkeeping experience, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with Xero, MYOB, and QuickBooks. Onsite, full-time with a 7:00 AM–4:00 PM schedule.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Accountancy or a related course or currently undertaking studies.
• Certificate IV in Accounting and Bookkeeping or equivalent.
• Proficiency in Excel and modern cloud accounting software (Xero, MYOB, QuickBooks).

Responsibilities

• Process day-to-day transactions including accounts payable and receivable.
• Perform bank reconciliations up to trial balance.
• Assist BAS, payroll processing, debtor management and month-end/year-end reporting.
