Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day delivery execution across assigned accounts, ensuring work is delivered on time, within scope, and at required quality standards.
• Lead delivery planning, prioritization, milestone planning, and capacity coordination with internal teams to meet client objectives.
• Maintain delivery hygiene: timelines, dependencies, workflows, rhythms, documentation, and communication.
• Monitor progress via dashboards and reports; identify, mitigate, and escalate risks before impacting satisfaction or health scores.
• Own delivery health signals, including utilization trends, SLA adherence, and rework rates.
• Lead internal delivery coordination across functions to ensure clear ownership and reduce rework.
• Partner with Client Partners and Client Success Managers to ensure value realization and expansion readiness.
• Facilitate internal delivery stand-ups and client check-ins with documented actions and decisions.
• Coordinate onboarding of new projects and team members, including tooling setup and expectation setting.
• Support QA standards and identify opportunities to reduce rework and improve execution.
• Support onboarding and knowledge sharing across teams to adopt delivery standards.
• Identify opportunities to improve delivery processes and workflows.
