Qualifications

• 7-9 years of experience in client delivery or project management.
• Proven track record delivering across multiple client accounts.
• Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.
• Experience leading distributed teams across locations/time zones.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Proficiency in PM tools and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery performance across assigned accounts and ensure service standards.
• Lead marketing programs coordinating multiple teams and workstreams.
• Plan resources and priorities with functional leads to stay on track.
• Manage delivery risks, track health indicators, and escalate when needed.
• Align execution with client goals with client relationship and success teams.
• Lead performance conversations with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Develop delivery leaders through coaching of Delivery Managers and Coordinators.
• Improve processes, dashboards, and retrospectives to scale operations.
