Job summary

Visa is seeking a Configuration Analyst in the Philippines to join the Client Configuration Management team. You will be client-facing, manage standard configuration requests, and work independently with moderate guidance to ensure accurate setups.

You will coordinate with clients and internal teams, review requests, meet deadlines, and support production and testing configurations, with out-of-hours coverage as needed. A 5+ year background in customer support or fintech services is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, CS, or IT or equivalent.
• Minimum 5+ years in a customer support role in software or in financial or information services.
• Experience using MS Office tools (Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Excellent time management, organisation, and planning skills.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to explain technical terms or processes in simple terms to suit your audience.
• Able to set priorities, influence others, and manage customer expectations.
• Self-starter with a demonstrated ability to achieve results as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide implementation and configuration support to assigned Visa clients.
• Manage standard types of configuration requests in support of client initiatives.
• Meet deadlines through effective management of workload and prioritization.
• Coordinate with clients or internal stakeholders to understand program setup requirements.
• Review, research, analyze, and configure each client configuration request for completeness and accuracy.
• Participate in calls associated with client configurations with internal stakeholders and clients.
• Accurately complete configuration tasks, adhering to audit requirements and correct billing.
• Provide fast problem resolution and out-of-hours support as needed, and report root causes for improvements.
• Review and approve other team members' configuration changes.
• Provide responsive, accurate, and timely communications to stakeholders.
• Build and enhance relationships with Visa clients and internal teams.
• Contribute to maintenance and improvement of team processes.
