• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide implementation and configuration support to Visa clients and regions.
• Manage standard types of configuration requests for client initiatives.
• Meet deadlines through workload prioritization and effective planning.
• Coordinate with clients and internal stakeholders to set up new card programs and updates.
• Review and ensure completeness of each configuration request, flag discrepancies.
