Job summary

The role requires a Bachelor's in business/CS/IT, 8 years in customer support in software or financial services, and fluent English. You will train others, follow procedures, and provide after-hours support as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, CS, IT or equivalent.
• 8+ years in a customer support role in software or financial/services.
• Strong MS Office skills and ability to explain technical terms simply.
• Excellent time management, organization and planning.
• Ability to train and mentor others and follow complex processes.
• Fluent English, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Provide implementation and configuration support to Visa clients and regions.
• Manage configuration requests and meet deadlines through workload prioritisation.
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams to support new card programs and updates.
• Review and configure client requests, highlight discrepancies, ensure accuracy.
• Lead calls, explain processing implications, and ensure proper billing.
• Provide after-hours support and triage root cause for improvements.
• Document lessons learned and share knowledge with teams.
• Lead for corporate/client initiatives using best practices and analytics.
