Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or Information Technology, or equivalent qualification.
• 5+ years in a customer support role in software or financial/information services.
• Proficient with MS Office tools (Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.).
• Excellent time management, organisation, and planning skills.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to articulate technical terms in simple terms for diverse audiences.
• Able to set priorities, influence others, and multitask under deadlines.
• Business-fluent English; able to support the applicable region's business hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide implementation and configuration support to Visa clients and regions.
• Manage standard types of configuration requests supporting client initiatives.
• Meet deadlines through effective workload management and prioritisation.
• Coordinate with clients or internal stakeholders to understand program setup requirements.
• Review, research, analyze, and configure client requests for completeness and accuracy.
• Participate in calls with clients and internal teams about configurations.
• Complete configuration tasks in line with audit requirements and billing.
• Provide fast problem resolution and after-hours support per rota.
• Review and approve changes made by team members.
• Maintain clear, timely communications with stakeholders.
• Build positive relationships with Visa clients and internal teams.
• Contribute to maintenance and improvement of team processes.
