Job summary

Shore360 in the Philippines is seeking a bookings coordinator to support scheduling for annual smoke alarm tests. You will make outbound calls, arrange convenient times for technicians, and manage bookings while building strong relationships with real estate agents, property managers, and landlords.

The role targets meeting individual and team appointment goals in a fast-paced, office-based setting in Clark.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of Customer Service experience in a BPO setup.
• Tech-savvy skills.
• Ability to speak to customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Ability to do multiple tasks.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Call customers to arrange the annual test of client products
• Negotiate a mutually convenient time for the technician to attend properties
• Create schedules for technicians to ensure their allotted time is maximized
• Meet individual and team targets including calls per day and appointments booked
• Build rapport with real estate agents, property managers, and landlords
