Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear speaking and writing.
• Experience in appointment setting, lead coordination or virtual assistance.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple conversations.
• Comfortable with calendars, emails, CRM and AI productivity tools.

Responsibilities

• Answer inquiries via calls, forms, texts, emails, and CRM.
• Qualify project potential and schedule leadership meetings.
• Enter leads into Buildertrend and track status.
• Coordinate discovery calls, site visits and design meetings.
• Maintain follow-up activity and nurture long-term leads.
• Keep trackers aligned across sales and marketing teams.
