The role coordinates deliveries and returns, manages consignment stock, invoicing, and receivables reminders, while supporting sales, technology managers, and customer communications. You will prepare price calculations and quotations, monitor stock levels, and handle air freight quotations, claims, and forecasting analysis

Responsibilities

• Handle inquiries, orders through invoicing; coordinate deliveries and returns.
• Manage consignment stock orders and related invoicing.
• Produce invoices and manage receivables, including reminders.
• Operate under clear operating guidelines.
• Handle credit notes, bonus, statistics, and market/customer analysis.
• Assist sales and tech managers with various situations.
• Respond promptly to customer correspondence.
• Prepare price calculations and quotations; coordinate prices within the group.
• Manage returnable containers.
• Organize meetings and events as required.
• Project work as required.
• Monitor inventory stock levels related to customer needs.
• Handle air freight quotations as needed.
• Monitor and analyze customer forecast vs actual purchasing trends.
• Draft price quotations for new and existing customers.
