Sealed Air Philippines is seeking an Inside Sales and Sales Operations Support professional to drive growth, manage assigned accounts, and coordinate with Account Managers and Demand Planning. The role requires building strong customer relationships, analyzing data, and supporting forecasts to align with inventory needs.

The position emphasizes preparing quotations, maintaining CRM data, and collaborating with Finance, Customer Service, and Demand Planning to achieve sales targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in Inside Sales, Customer Service, Account Management, Sales Support, or a similar customer-facing commercial role.
• Familiarity with SAP and/or ERP systems is desirable.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own assigned customer accounts and sales targets; drive year-on-year sales growth; develop strong customer relationships.
• Proactively contact customers through an agreed call cycle to understand needs and drive repeat purchases.
• Prepare standard quotations and simple price lists under agreed guidelines.
• Support preparation and administration of sales contracts and related documentation.
• Prepare regular sales reports and analysis to support account manager.
