Job summary

Fashion Interiors Manufacturing Inc. in the Philippines is seeking a capable Sales Assistant to manage customer inquiries, orders, and deliveries, and to support the sales team with administrative tasks.

You will coordinate with production, warehouse, purchasing, and accounting to ensure smooth order flow. The ideal candidate has a business-related degree, strong communication skills, and solid Excel/Word proficiency, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or related field is an advantage
• Experience as a Sales Assistant, Sales Coordinator, or similar role is preferred
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks
• Customer-service oriented and professional
• Can work independently and as part of a team
• Willing to learn and adapt to a fast-paced work environment
• Experience in furniture manufacturing, construction, interior design, or related industry is an advantage

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries, orders, and deliveries via email, calls, and messages professionally
• Prepare sales documents, including quotations, orders, invoices, and maintain accurate records and filing systems
• Follow up on pending orders, payments, and client requirements
• Coordinate closely with Production, Warehouse, Purchasing, and Accounting to ensure seamless order execution and status updates
• Assist Sales Executives with administrative tasks, sales reports, and presentations
• Perform other related duties as assigned by Sales Manager or immediate supervisor
