Kreeayt BPO in Angeles, Philippines seeks a reliable Amazon Specialist to manage client storefronts and drive listing optimization, inventory planning, and campaign performance.

You’ll handle Amazon Seller Central, PPC, and reporting with strict confidentiality, delivering accurate insights and timely updates to clients and internal teams. The role is onsite with night shift expectations and offers competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or vocational course completed.
• Experience in Amazon account management, listing optimization, inventory planning, and advertising campaigns is a plus.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and multitasking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Amazon Seller Central, including managing listings, inventory and orders.
• Knowledge of Amazon PPC and advertising campaigns.
• Trustworthy and able to maintain strict confidentiality.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in product data and reporting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
• Ability to work independently and proactively.
• Strong problem-solving mindset.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize Amazon product listings for accuracy, SEO, and compliance.
• Fix listing errors, pricing issues, and account alerts.
• Coordinate shipping and fulfillment, including FBA and FBM operations.
• Monitor inventory levels and plan stock replenishment to avoid stockouts.
• Analyze product catalog performance and provide actionable insights.
• Run and optimize Amazon PPC campaigns to improve ROI.
• Generate reports and summaries on sales performance, inventory, and advertising.
• Communicate with clients and internal teams regarding account performance or issues.
• Ensure all tasks are handled with integrity, accuracy, and confidentiality.

Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Amazon Specialist to support our clients in managing their Amazon store operations. The ideal candidate should have experience in Amazon account management, listing optimization, inventory planning, and advertising campaigns. This role requires someone organized, proactive, and able to handle sensitive business information with confidentiality and integrity.

Who You Are:

• Education: Bachelor or Vocational course

• BPO or Virtual Assistant experience (6 months to 1 year) is an advantage.
• Trustworthy, reliable, and able to work onsite on night shift.
