Job summary

• Proficiency with Google Sheets/Excel and AI tools like Claude.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Research market trends, competition and pricing to identify profitable product opportunities.
• Oversee product development from concept to launch aligned with brand and margins.
• Identify, evaluate and negotiate with suppliers on quality, cost and lead time.
• Manage procurement from PO to delivery and issue resolution.
• Collaborate with supply chain on demand forecasting and inventory planning.
• Ensure compliance with Amazon FBA and import/export requirements.
• Create, update and optimize Amazon listings (content, images, keywords, pricing).
• Monitor and fix catalog issues such as suppressed listings and compliance flags.
• Keep records and analyze data to identify cost savings and efficiency gains.

We're Hiring: Amazon Operations Specialist!

We’re looking for someone who does more than process purchase orders or update listings. This role covers the full product lifecycle: finding the right products, sourcing them well, and keeping them accurate and competitive on Amazon.
You’ll think critically about purchasing decisions, own supplier relationships and find ways to cut costs without hurting product quality or supply reliability. You’ll also find products that can sell profitably, take them from concept to launch, and keep our Amazon catalog clean, compliant and in line with our brand.

Job Scope:

• Research market trends, competition and pricing to identify profitable product opportunities.

• Oversee product development from concept to launch, in line with brand and margin targets.

• Identify, evaluate and negotiate with suppliers on quality, cost, reliability and lead time.

• Manage the procurement process, from purchase orders through delivery and issue resolution.

• Work with the supply chain team on demand forecasting and inventory planning.

• Ensure compliance with Amazon FBA and import/export requirements.

• Create, update and optimize Amazon listings (content, images, keywords, variations, pricing).

• Monitor and fix catalog issues such as suppressed listings, errors and compliance flags.

• Keep accurate records and analyze data to find cost savings and efficiency gains.

You should have:

• Proven experience in procurement, sourcing or a related role

• Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central and FBA, including listing and catalog management

• Experience in product research and launching new products

• A track record of evaluating suppliers, comparing quotes and negotiating pricing and terms

• A good grasp of inventory planning, lead times and supply chain coordination

• Strong analytical skills to compare costs, judge supplier performance and spot savings

• The judgment to balance cost, quality, reliability and delivery speed

• Strong attention to detail across purchase orders, supplier records and listing data

• Clear communication and negotiation skills with suppliers and internal teams

• Confidence using Google Sheets/Excel and AI tools (e.g., Claude) to work faster and smarter

• The ability to manage multiple tasks, follow up proactively and solve problems with minimal supervision
