Job Description
The Amazon Listing & Account Health Specialist keeps Amazon catalogue accurate, compliant and selling, and keeps the account healthy.
Amazon account health is not a single task. It is the daily accumulation of listing accuracy, policy compliance, shipping performance and buyer resolution. This role owns that daily work end to end: maintaining the catalogue, resolving listing and policy issues, monitoring order and delivery performance, and resolving buyer contacts.
Amazon customer service sits with this role rather than the general Customer Service team. Most Amazon buyer issues trace to listing accuracy or delivery speed, and resolving them often requires editing the listing itself. Customer Service team members provide assistance during holidays and promotional peaks, or when this role is absent.
Channel strategy, advertising, pricing, content creation and Seller-Fulfilled Prime policy are set by the Amazon Channel Manager. This role executes against those decisions and owns the accuracy, compliance and timeliness of delivery.
